On Friday about 10:16 pm, an earthquake hit Trinidad. I was in the shower when it happened, shattered glasses everywhere. It was pretty scary! They said it was the longest and biggest earthquake ever recorded here, last 10 seconds.
Transfer is over and I get to stay in the same area (Port of Spain) and Eld. Hatch is still my companion, I'm glad because he knows so much about the gospel and I continue to learn a lot from him. Mom, the answer to your question if I first every fast Sunday since I didn't really do that much at home is, "YAH MAHN every fast Sunday I do."
Today marked 2 months of my mission....time flies when you work hard and get lost in doing God's work (Psalms 89:47) - "Remember how short my time is...." An interesting fact Eld. Hatch shared with me, "You will be sleeping for 8 months on your mission - 10:30 pm to 6:30 am....so time really is short. I LOVE this work so much! Love and miss you all."
