March 23rd - Pauline's coffee

Good afternoon!

That was so nice of you ladies to have a special day with the widows!  Thank you mom for all those pictures, it is so nice to see everyone doing temple work!  In 5 months Ill be flying back into your arms mom! :)

Well guess who is famous in St. Lucia... Sister Tarawhiti! ha This past Saturday we went by to see a less-active and during our conversation she said "did you guys hear about the war dance at the airport?" we knew she was referring to the haka, so she pulled it up on her computer and we watched the video of Wayne and the guys doing the haka.

This week we did a lot of work with our less-actives, and some of them are coming along great!  On Tuesday we saw Pauline and her family and had a really good lesson on the Word of Wisdom.  Pauline had really great questions throughout the lesson and after the lesson she got up and went straight to the kitchen and got her coffee and dumped it out and said "my health is more important than this!"  (I got it on video)  We are excited and proud of the progress the Mcfarlane family is making!  They are excited for their baptism and to watch General Conference!

I don't think I ever congratulated you and Aunty Se on your General Conference responsibility. I am very proud of you both!  I pray the spirit will abide with you both as you translate.

Have a great week everyone!

With love,

Elder Brown
